Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.

Orfèvrebay is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Damages & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, don’t worry — we’ll help make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orfevrebay@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Depending on the situation, we’ll either arrange a replacement to be sent or guide you through the claim process with the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged items until your case is resolved.
